What is the solubility of CoolTouch™ (Menthyl Lactate) and CoCool™ (Menthol+Menthyl Lactate)? Can they be dissolved in water, oil, or glycol? Does heating help with the dissolution process?

# CoolTouch™ (Menthyl Lactate) Solubility
CoolTouch™ (Menthyl Lactate) is not soluble in water. It can be dissolved in oil, glycol, or ethyl alcohol. Heating to 50°C can help accelerate the dissolution process.
Similarly, CoCool™ (Menthol+Menthyl Lactate) is also soluble in oil, glycol, or ethyl alcohol, but not water.
