You can certainly proceed with your La Mer-inspired formula even without Lemon Peel Bioferment (Lemon Skin™). However, since this ingredient provides specific brightening and antioxidant benefits through the fermentation process, omitting it will slightly change the efficacy of the final product.

If you choose to omit it, simply replace the missing 10g with Distilled Water to maintain the balance of your formula.
