I have questions about a sunscreen formula and would like a review of a specific formulation:

Is the formula a milk-type formula? If not, how can I make it liquid like milk?
Can I add LipidSoft™ Moist to help adjust the texture to be soft and smooth? Can it also function as a primer?
Should I add any other sunscreen ingredients to increase stability and achieve SPF 30 PA++++? Which ones are suitable for increasing PA value?
Are there any sunscreen ingredients that can protect against IR radiation?
Can this sunscreen be applied over makeup?
Would adding moisturizers and antioxidants improve the formula?

1. Consistency: To achieve a milk-like consistency, reduce the amount of Satin Cream Maker.
2. LipidSoft™ Moist & Primer: Yes, you can add LipidSoft™ Moist for a soft, smooth texture. However, for oily skin, it might feel greasier. It can potentially act as a primer.
3. Adding sunscreen for stability/PA++++: To increase the PA value, you can add sunscreen ingredients that focus on UVA protection, such as Zinc Oxide.
4. IR protection: Currently, there are no ingredients proven to effectively protect against IR radiation. Research in this area is limited.
5. Apply over makeup: Sunscreen should generally be applied before makeup.
6. Moisturizers/Antioxidants: Yes, adding moisturizers and antioxidants can improve the formula.

Regarding your second proposed formula:

Coenzyme Q10 Extra: This ingredient will likely turn the formula red, which may not be suitable for daytime use.
Vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopherol): A concentration of 0.05-0.1% is sufficient. Using 1% will make the formula very sticky.
