Update on Vitamin C Availability and Replacement
คำถาม
I would like to inquire about the availability of Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate (MAP). If it is unavailable, what alternative Vitamin C forms do you recommend?
Could you please provide details on the recommended alternative, including:
- Its properties (stability, solubility, pH range)
- Recommended usage percentage and maximum limit
- Mixing instructions (e.g., heat sensitivity)
- Any advantages it offers, such as improved skin absorption?

Update on Vitamin C Availability
Thank you for waiting for your order. We would like to inform you about the availability of Vitamin C products.
Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate (MAP) is currently out of stock as previously notified.
As a replacement, we now have Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (SAP) available. This form of Vitamin C has similar properties and uses as Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate (MAP). Both are highly stable, water-soluble forms of Vitamin C suitable for whitening products, typically used in formulas with a pH between 7-9.
The key difference is that Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (SAP) is reported to have improved skin absorption compared to Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate (MAP).
Both ingredients are effective for brightening the skin and can be mixed in water, avoiding heat above 60°C. A recommended usage rate is 3%, though up to 10% can be used (note that concentrations above 8% might have solubility issues).
We recommend using Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (SAP) as a suitable alternative for your formulation needs.
