I am trying to formulate a Vitamin C serum using L-Ascorbic Acid with the following composition:
- L-Ascorbic Acid 15%
- Ferulic Acid 0.8%
- Vitamin E 1%
- Glycerin 5%
- Propylene Glycol 5%
- Distilled water q.s. to 100%
I am experiencing a problem with the serum changing color very quickly after preparation. How can I improve the stability of this formulation?
