Question
I am concerned about ingredients causing a yellow color on my skin after application. Does Calendula Extract (Water Soluble) cause the skin to turn yellow?
I have heard that Hi-Quercetin, especially at 5-10% concentration, can cause a strong yellow color similar to applying yellow medicine.
Answer
Based on the information, Calendula Extract (Water Soluble) does not cause skin to turn yellow when applied. It may slightly darken the color of the formulation itself, but it does not stain or remain on the skin.
