Hello Activated Carbon is different from PM 2.5. PM 2.5 can be filtered with ใส้กรอง HEPA Activated Carbon does not filter PM 2.5, but helps capture volatile organic compound (VOC) well, so it is popular to mix with ใส้กรอง HEPA to allow ใส้กรอง HEPA can both filter small dust. and can also capture VOCs
