I have tested the solubility Activated Resorcinol (TM) in Butylene Glycol found Good solubility, clear color at this stage, but when mixed with water mixture (I mixed it in Malissa Kiss AloeVera 99.5%), it turns into white liquid that loosens the milk. Is this normal? Or if the solubility is not perfect in step 2, please advise.
