Hello Silky Serum Base Plus (Face/Eye, Oil) Cannot create serum texture. By stirring by hand, yes, you will need to use a blender. for newbies It is recommended to mix in the base gel. Should be easier But may not be able to have a high amount of oil.
1. Ectoin dissolve in Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate Can s substitute for water[/quote Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate ?
2. In the formula there is Perfect-C but not mixed EDTA because there is no water in the formula, if possible, cut EDTA out
If it's not convenient, you can cut it off.
3.add Satin Cream Maker it good to combine with 1% cream? Yes, to make the cream formula more stable
if cut Silky Serum Base removed and replaced with water. and it can be used Satin Cream Maker in water/oil blending And it's a serum.
