It is generally understood that when a formula contains Niacinamide, there must be no Vitamin C or Aretinol mixed in the formula. But if we use rosehip oil The oil has natural vitamin C and vitamin A. I would like to know if they can be used together. Will it have a negative effect on the results or not? Thank you.

Niacinamide has problems with Vitamin C, the type of ascorbic acid .
There is no problem with Retinol or Vitamin A in other forms.
Can be used with Natural oils such as Rosehip oil can be caused by vitamins found in natural oils. It's an oil-soluble vitamin that doesn't have Vitamin C in it.
