Hello
This formula can be mixed together. but recommended to increase Butylene Glycol to 2-3% to ensure enough to dissolve Licorice Extract (Glabridin 40%) because if not completely dissolved will become sediment in the formula The mixing process is to dissolve Licorice Extract (Glabridin 40%) in Butylene Glycol until a clear yellow liquid first, then add other ingredients to the water and add Light Cream Maker Blend until gel/cream texture, then add Licorice Extract (Glabridin 40%) dissolved in Butylene Glycol prepared into the recipe and blended together.
