The ingredients we need are as below. Water, add until 100% ethanol just Once dissolved Freeze Me put in the formula without precipitation, how much do I need to add? Freeze Me 10% Phenoxyethanol SA 1% 2. ethanol is no longer available? thank you

Hello, I can't do this because Freeze Me precipitates when mixed with water. (even after being dissolved in alcohol). Freeze Me will give less cooling (recommended to test alcohol 30% gel vs. alcohol 70% gel using Freeze Me at 1-2% equally in both formulas. to see the difference when there is more alcohol)
