If I want to buy 10 grams each of Vitamin B1, B2, B6, and B12, mix them together, and put them into capsules (or if there's a way to dissolve them in water, please advise), can I do that? If it's capsules, what size capsule should I buy to mix them all and take daily? For B1, I should probably buy it as 1%.
