Try using Ethoxydiglycol 2.5% to partially dissolve. There is still sediment that has not completely dissolved.

Try using Propanediol 10%, it dissolves into a white, cloudy liquid.

Are there any other solvents to recommend?

We recommend using Melatonin Forte ™ instead. You can mix it with the water in the formula.
