Try using Ethoxydiglycol 2.5% to partially dissolve. There is still sediment that has not completely dissolved.
Try using Propanediol 10%, it dissolves into a white, cloudy liquid.
Are there any other solvents to recommend?
Can all 3 be mixed in the same formula? Is there any that are not compatible?
