I want to make a serum that has Vitamin C Ethyl Ascorbic acid ( Vitamin C Ethyl Ether ) in a 3% formula and MHS White 0.5%. I don't know if this Silisove PEG-10 Dimethicone , Odorless, can coordinate. Is it a formula that has vitamin C and MHS White? If not, which one should I use to make a serum? The formula contains silicone at 15%.

hello

Use Satin Cream Maker 1.5% and you can cement it.

It is not recommended to use SiliSolve because the emulsion will become a Water-in-Oil system instead.
