Cosmetics Formulation Development

Hello, I would like to ask about serum for skin care. I want to be a clear serum. I thought that in the formula, I will use Pro Polymer™ to thickener and in the formula there will be oil/ ซิลิโคน as follows: 1. Vitamin E 0.3% 2. Cyclomethicone / Cyclopentasiloxane (Low-Odor) 0.5% 3. Jojoba Oil 1% and use SiliSolve Plus™ to Emulsifier I don't know if I can get a clear serum or not. Thanks in advance
