I have ordered some cosmetic ingredients and have questions about storage. The labels say to avoid heat and sunlight. I would like to know: 1. If storing them in a room (with air conditioning only at night) is acceptable? For example, I stored Beeswax (flakes) for 4 months, and it has started clumping together. Does this indicate a problem? 2. Is a room without air conditioning too hot for storing ingredients? 3. What temperature range is considered suitable for "avoiding heat and sunlight"? Based on my previous storage experiences: * Safe-B3 and GlucoBright were stored in the refrigerator's vegetable compartment. Will the cold temperature degrade these ingredients? What is the suitable storage temperature? * Panthenol and Vitamin B5 ExtraLite were stored in a dark glass bottle in the refrigerator's vegetable compartment. After a while, the liquid became thick and viscous. Does this mean they have degraded? What is the suitable temperature? * DMAE was stored in a dark glass bottle in the vegetable compartment and remains a clear liquid. What is the suitable storage temperature when mixing it into an essence? Will these ingredients degrade if stored at temperatures that are too cold or too hot? I'm concerned they might change like the Beeswax that clumped together. Also, I've read that finished products should be stored in the refrigerator or a cool place to prevent degradation. Does this mean I should store all my raw ingredients in the refrigerator?

I made a homemade cleansing oil with the following ingredients: 1. LipidSoft CC = 20% 2. Capric/Caprylic Triglyceride = 20% 3. Natural Oil (Olive Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Safflower Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil) = 44.2% 4. Oilsify 15 + Oilsify 30 = 15.8% 5. Tocopherol Acetate = 0.2% After using it, my face feels dry, rough, and itchy. I'm not sure if I'm allergic to any ingredient or if I used too much of certain ingredients. I based the formula on a cleansing oil I used before, but some ingredients are different. The formula of the cleansing oil I used previously included: 1. Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil (highest percentage) 2. Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil 3. Caprylic/capric triglyceride 4. Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil 5. Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil 6. Laureth-4 7. TriLaureth-4 Phosphate 8. Sorbeth-30 Tetraoleate 9. Simmondsia Chinensis (jojoba) seed oil 10. Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil 11. Squalene 12. Polyglyceryl-2 Tetraoleate 13. Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) kernel oil 14. Tocopherol 15. Phenoxyethanol Ingredients 6, 7, and 12 from the commercial product are not available, and I was advised to use Oilsify 15 and 30 instead. Please analyze my homemade formula and tell me what went wrong. My skin is in bad condition now.
