I want to add Vitamin E in the water formula toner, can I do it?

I don't know if the toner formula can be mixed together or not. Complex Salicylic Acid (Powder, Water-Soluble) 5% Witch Hazel (Alcohol Free, Paraben Free) Plus Allantoin 60% Safe-B3 ™ ( Vitamin B3, Niacinamide ) 5% Vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopherol) 0.1% Mild Preserved Eco 1% water, the rest if mixed, will it cause separation?

Separate yourself and use this one instead. Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate) Water-Soluble
