The formula must be coordinated because Perfect A 10 cannot be dissolved directly in water.

It is recommended to use Satin Cream Maker 2.0% to help bind. Mix water until complete and add Satin Cream Maker until you get a cloudy gel texture. Then add Perfect A 10 and blend until combined. You will get a white cream.

It does not cause irritation or is considered low irritation.
