Therefore, it must be selected as all oil base or all water base. It is not possible to choose to have both water-soluble ingredients. and the oil-soluble part in the same formula

Hello Dipalmitoyl Hydroxyproline ( DPHP ), probably not. It has dissolved until clear in the recipe. It is semi-dispersible in oil HyaOil™ (Oil-Dispersed Hyaluronic Acid) will make the formula white turbid
