I am trying to create a formulation using the following ingredients and percentages: * `Octyldodecanol`: 45.240 * `Hydrogenated Polyisobutene`: 28.270 * `Plandool-G`: 7.730 * `CERAMIDE COMPLEX`: 0.500 * `Super Fruit Oil`: 0.590 * `Tocopheryl Acetate`: 0.590 * `Cherry Kernel Oil`: 0.590 * `Phytosqualan`: 1.190 * `polyglyceryl-2 triisostearate`: 8.000 * `Ethylcellulose (100 cps.)`: 5.500 * `Microcrystalline Wax (Melting Point 77C, Medium)`: 0.300 * `Natural White Beeswax (USA, Melting 62C, Deodorized)`: 0.200 * `phenoxyethanol`: 0.500 My initial procedure involved mixing Octyldodecanol with Plandool-G, then heating the mixture to 85-90°C. After reaching this temperature, I added Ethylcellulose in portions. However, after the Ethylcellulose started to dissolve and I added the other ingredients, the mixture remained lumpy with undissolved particles, even after heating for 3 hours at 85-90°C. How can I fix this issue to achieve a smooth texture?

I am making a cream emulsion and am encountering an issue where the silicone gel (`Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer`) appears as small droplets (like water droplets) within the cream texture. 1. How can I prevent these silicone gel droplets from forming? * I have tried adding `SiliSolve™ (PEG-10 Dimethicone)` at 2%, but the droplets are still visible. * My current method involves adding the silicone (1.5%) to the oil phase, heating it, and then mixing it with the water phase. * I am unsure at which step the silicone should be added. 2. Could you please provide the ratio of Cyclopentasiloxane to Dimethicone in the `Silicone Gel (Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer)` product available on your website (referencing the product page: https://www.myskinrecipes.com/shop/th/volatile-base-silicone-elastomer/201-silicone-gel-vinyl-dimethicone-crosspolymer.html)?

I need clarification regarding the product Fullerene C60 (Encapsulated in Hyaluron, 500ppm). Does the `500ppm` stated on the product page refer to the concentration of fullerenes in the raw ingredient itself, or is it the resulting concentration in the final formula when using the recommended dosage of 0.2%? Additionally, if I want to achieve `0.05%` pure fullerenes in my final formula, what percentage of this ingredient should I include in the formulation? This distinction is crucial for calculating the actual percentage of fullerenes in our final product.
