I am interested in Green Jojoba Beads 0.5-1mm. However, the INCI name displayed in the system is INCI Name: Lactose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Tocopheryl Acetate. It does not contain Jojoba Ester. I am wondering if, upon purchase, I will receive the product with this 100% INCI name.

For colored clays such as green clay and other colors, does the color come from the clay itself or from added Iron Oxide? Also, is the INCI name just Kaolin, or is the color included in the INCI name? Thank you.

1. Does adding Repair Activator Powder to a formula require additional preservatives? 2. If the original formula used Mild Preserved Eco 1% for microbial control and Repair Activator Powder, DMAE, PiteraEx, and HydroAlgae are added, is Mild Preserved Eco 1% sufficient, or do I need to increase the amount or use a different preservative? The reason for asking is that the original serum formula (not refrigerated for 2 months) had a normal white/cloudy texture. However, in the new formula with the addition of Repair Activator Powder, DMAE, PiteraEx, and HydroAlgae, after 3 days (not refrigerated), the top part developed a dark orange color. Some refrigerated serum also started to darken/become intensely cloudy at the top. I suspect this might be due to the Repair Activator Powder. Please provide guidance.

Hello. I ordered a test cosmetic formula, ID20569 SNOWFLAKES MICRO CRYSTAL LUMIÈRE, and selected 'no adjustments requested'. The production took longer than expected, and I was informed that the R&D team attempted adjustments despite my request, stating they 'forgot to check that the customer selected no adjustment'. I appreciate the effort but request more careful attention to detail. I also sent 5 inquiries via message on the formula page between February 14th and March 11th regarding issues with the formula, but received no response. It feels like a long time to wait for a response, especially since the issues are with my own formula that I accepted without adjustments. However, I would like to pay the 300 baht fee to adjust the formula, but I haven't received any guidance or answers to my questions. Previously, I ordered a formula where I also selected 'no adjustments', but the team still messaged me to inform me of issues and suggest adjustments before production, which I appreciated. I understand that by selecting 'no adjustments', the team has no right to modify the formula, and I must accept any outcome (e.g., formula doesn't work, has problems). However, I would like to suggest that if a customer selects 'no adjustments' but the formula has problems, the team or R&D should inform the customer about the specific issues. This way, the customer can be aware and potentially fix the formula promptly before the first batch is produced, agreeing to pay the 300 baht adjustment fee immediately. I have no problem with this, just please inform me instead of letting me wait to see the result when the product arrives. Regarding the issues with my formula, they are as follows: 3.1) The formula has a dark brown color. Customer service informed me that some ingredients are incompatible and reacted, but that the ingredient is not active. I would like to know which ingredient caused this? 3.2) The formula separates. I later confirmed that the formula has quite high electrolyte content. I accept this and want to adjust the formula for better stability. 3.3) The formula contains brown particles, similar to beads. I am unsure what caused this? The original formula details are: 1) Silicone Gel (ultra) 5% 2) Dimethicone 1Secs 5% 3) Satin cream 1% 4) Light lotion 2% 5) DMI 3% 6) Mild Preserved 1% 7) EDTA 0.2% 8) Xanthan Gum (ชนิดใส) 0.5% 9) Vitamin E (dl) 1% 10) Protec UV 0.1% 11) Butylene Glycol 3% 12) Allantoin 0.2% 13) Squalane 3% 14) B3 Switzerland 10% 15) Deoxyarbutin 0.5% 16) Sym-White 0.5% 17) Ume Extract 2% 18) 4MSK 2% 19) Z-White 1% 20) Nonapeptide-1 1% 21) Ethoxydiglycol 2% 22) Creatine 100 1% 23) 4D Hyaluronic 3% 24) Pea-Ex 5% 25) Mineral Ready 2% 26) TXC 2% 27) Magnolia Flower EX 1% 28) Rose EX 1% 29) Jasminum Flower EX 1% 30) Water 40% I would like to adjust the formula approximately as follows. Is this suitable? Please provide additional recommendations. I am willing to pay the 300 baht adjustment fee. Proposed Revised Formula: 2) Dimethicone 1Secs 7% 3) Satin cream 1.5% 8) Xanthan Gum (ชนิดใส) 1% 9) Tocopheryl Acetate 0.1% 11) Butylene Glycol 5% 25) Remove + Protec OX 0.05% + VersaMoist 1% + Magnesium Sulfate 1% + ClayThick 0.5% + Tranexamic Acid 3%

I want to make an Aloe Vera gel for facial skin care, targeting acne-prone, sensitive, dry, and oily skin. The gel should absorb quickly, provide moisture, soothe irritation, and brighten the skin, serving as a single-step product without needing other layers. The formula I plan to use is: 1. Licorice Extract galbridin4.5% = 2% 2. Aloevera Extract 10:1FullAssay tm = 3% 3. Madecassoside-80 Centella = 1% 4. WhiteCumin2X = 3% 5. Rhamnose = 5% 6. Aloevera gel lite = 86% My questions are: 1. Can I make this formula without adding any water? 2. Does this formula need a preservative? 3. Is the mixing method simply combining everything into the Aloe Vera base? Should I add and stir one ingredient at a time, or can I add everything together and stir once? 4. Will the formula be too sticky? Do I need to adjust anything else? Could the team please provide guidance? Thank you.

Hello, I have two questions. First, regarding the Hyaluron Serum from myskinrecipes ([url:18l8npfc]https://www.myskinrecipes.com/recipes/%E0%B8%AA%E0%B8%B9%E0%B8%95%E0%B8%A3/hyaluron-serum-preservative-free/[/url:18l8npfc]). While it's very effective for hydration, for me and others around me, it's better suited for nighttime use only. When used before applying makeup (sunscreen, pressed powder, or loose powder), the makeup becomes patchy/pills. Comments on the formula page also mention this issue when using it before makeup. I would like to ask the team: Which ingredients can be reduced or removed to lessen the makeup pilling problem? (I'm okay if reducing or removing some ingredients slightly decreases the serum's hydration, as it's better than having makeup pilling). I'm unsure if this is because the serum is too moisturizing or if certain ingredients provide hydration or coat the outer skin layer, causing this issue. Should I reduce or remove % of: [url=https://www.myskinrecipes.com/shop/%E0%B8%AA%E0%B9%88%E0%B8%A7%E0%B8%99%E0%B8%9B%E0%B8%A3%E0%B8%B0%E0%B8%81%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%9A%E0%B9%80%E0%B8%84%E0%B8%A3%E0%B8%B7%E0%B9%88%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%87%E0%B8%AA%E0%B8%B3%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%B2%E0%B8%87%E0%B8%84%E0%B9%8C/143-glycerin-%E0%B8%81%E0%B8%A5%E0%B8%B5%E0%B9%80%E0%B8%AA%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%A3%E0%B8%B5%E0%B8%99.html:18l8npfc]Glycerin[/url:18l8npfc] [url=http://www.myskinrecipes.com/shop/%E0%B8%A1%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%A2%E0%B8%8B%E0%B9%8C%E0%B9%80%E0%B8%88%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%A3%E0%B9%8C/1189-hyacoat-cationic-hyaluronic-acid.html:18l8npfc]HyaCoat[/url:18l8npfc] to reduce this problem? My lotion separates after sitting and has air bubbles. I used a mixing speed of 5000 rpm for 5 minutes. The formula is: Stearic Acid 3%, Fractionated Coconut Oil 5%, Shea Butter 1%, Lanolin 2.5%, Glyceryl Monostearate 2.5%, Glycerin 1%, Tween 60 2.5%, Water 79.5%, Extract 1%, Preservative 2%. Can you help me understand why this is happening and how to fix it?
