Sident 22S ( Hydrated Silica ) 4% 6 SLS 1.2% 7. Sparkle (silver size B 0.5% vs D 0.5%) 8. Menthol or Clove Oil 1% 9. Spearmint ( Flavor ) 1% 10. Color Green with blue. 1% 11. Carbopol 940 0.3% 12. NaF ( Sodium Fluoride ) 0.24% 13. Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate 0.2% 14. sodium benzoate 0.1% 15. Cetylpyridinium chloride 0.1% 16. DI Water up to 100%

Hello, Carbopol can't be used in this recipe. Other parts have no problem.

I want to know why I can't use it? If so, can I use sodium CMC instead or is there another recommendation?

Hello Carbomer can't tolerate salt in the recipe, use Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC, 2000mPa.s.) can be substituted.

Then if Carbomer Not resistant to salt, what will it look like, such as liquid or precipitate?
