I'd like some advice. I'd like to ask about 2 recipes. Do the ingredients work well together? Are there any problems?

Formula 1: Want to make a BHA toner. Want a light toner for oily, acne-prone skin.

Safe-B3 ™ ( Vitamin B3, Niacinamide ) 5%

Witch Hazel 30%

Propanediol (1,3- Propanediol ) (eq Zemea) 30%

Mild Preserved Eco ™ ( Preservative-Free ) 1%

Liquid Salicylic Acid (40% Active Salicylic) 2.5%

Zinc PCA 1%

Distilled water, add the rest to 100%.

Can this formula be mixed? Is it enough to exfoliate the skin and cause acne? Can I add one more type of BHA substance? Will it irritate me?

The formula that will be mixed will be like liquid water or an emulsion, is that correct?

Formula 2 Vit C Serum stimulates collagen.

1. Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) (Ultra-Fine ) 15%

2. Cyclopentasiloxane (Low-Odor Cyclomethicone ) 10%

3. Isododecane (Japan) 25%

4. Silicone Gel (Ultra Clear) 49%

5. Mild Preserved Eco ™ ( Preservative-Free ) 1%

Will using it on oily skin cause acne? Is it light?

Can this formula be mixed together? How to mix 2,3,4=A? Can I mix it together using my hands? Without using any blender, other ingredients 1,5 =B take A+B and mix together . The resulting mixture will be like a clear gel with a soft texture like the base of silicone. Can I use it? Or if you want it to be a gel texture that sticks to the skin, you must add Which gel is created? Please ask for advice.
