Formula 1.5% Cholesterol 2. 2% Tribehenin 3. 86% shea butter ultrasoft 4.7% Squalane process Mix 1 2 3 Place on the stove until melted Add 4 results There are granules like salt that won't dissolve. It was assumed to be 1 (which was not caused by insufficient heating) because it had only taken the crystals on the bottom. บีกเกอร์ and heat it up. Insoluble Q. 1. Crystals are formed from 1, right? What is crystal? 2. shea butter is heated at a high temperature until 1 melts. Will the properties still change a lot? 3. Can I have a list of oils that can withstand high temperatures besides Fractionated Coconut Oil (all possible in the category Natural Oil or น้ำมันธรรมชาติ in case you choose) Thanks in advance.

Hello, there is a problem with this formula that the solubility of Cholesterol as you already know. that when it cools down will turn into sediment The way to do this is in the formula to use Emulsifier to help dissolve and when dissolved to freeze the solubility of Cholesterol to prevent it from becoming sediment. For example, using Oil Blender in this formula shea butter or น้ำมันธรรมชาติ else If the temperature exceeds 80 degrees it will lose quality quickly but Squalane is very heat resistant if possible. I recommend that you try to adjust the formula as follows. Cholesterol 3% (down from 5% due to more use. The higher the chance of sedimentation in the formula) Squalane 50% Tribehenin 4% (to help thicken the formula. compensate for loss of thickness due to the rate of use shea butter reduced) Oil Blender 2% of this, warm until fully melted. Use heat to 100 degrees and blend well first. Then wait for the temperature to drop to 60-70 degrees, then quickly add shea butter and then gradually integrate into the recipe further.
3. Can I have a list of oils that can Fractionated Coconut Oil high temperatures? Fractionated Coconut Oil (All possible requests in the category Natural Oil or น้ำมันธรรมชาติ optional)
in addition to Fractionated Coconut Oil and Squalane is no longer available, unless you choose to use it, but you must admit that some of its properties will be lost (or most if Use heat at 100 degrees for a long time), but be careful because when the quality is lost, there will be problems with rancid smell.
