Hello, the proportion of Glycerin is probably too high. until the formula is cloudy, must test the mixture if the formula is cloudy to reduce the proportion of Glycerin discount, other parts have no problem. Propylene Glycol can be worn and can help dissolve make-up off the skin as well.
