Hello, Perfect-A 99 ( Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate 99%) dissolves in Ethoxydiglycol and other Glycon.
If Perfect-A is mixed with Vitamin CE Ferulic (Aqua, Propylene Glycol , L-ascorbic acid, Laureth-23 , Ethoxydiglycol, dl-alpha tocopherol, Panthenol , Ferulic Acid , Triethanolamine, Phenoxyethanol , Sodium Hyaluronate ) directly
Will it melt? Or do you have any advice? Thank you.
