Hello, I tried ordering Zinc PCA to add into the factory’s serum formula that is normally sold, to try making it into a formula specifically to help reduce acne. It turned out that the people who tested it reported inflammatory acne, even though I didn’t change any other extracts at all. I only reduced the % in the water part and added Zinc PCA at 1%.
