Anti-Sweat™ can stop sweat. And reduces body odor (deordorant) because it has the effect of suppressing the growth of bacteria.

The type spreads exceptionally well. Therefore, it can be used in cosmetic formulas. Stop sweat and body odor Types that do not contain water (anhydrous), such as in the form of deodorant powder or roll-on, which have a base of silicone or alcohol very well.

Compare the effectiveness of preventing sweat (anti-sweat) and preventing odor formation. Arrange from least to greatest:

Additional tips on making the recipe Antiperspirant/Deordorant

-Anti-Sweat™ can be used in 2 formulas: 1.with water 2.without water (such as deodorant powder or alcohol-base roll-on).

-If it's a water-based formula Should be in a base with not too much water (should not be more than 2 times the proportion of Aluminum Chlorohydrate). Cause due to Feeling on the skin when used It should feel dry, light, not wet. You may use other ingredients that evaporate quickly, such as alcohol, instead.

-If it is an anhydrous formula, such as a roll-on stick product, you may choose to use alcohol or silicone as the base. or may be in powder form Talc powder can be used as a base. Anti-Sweat™ powder will not dissolve in the formula. But it will melt and work. When faced with the sweat of the user

-If there is water in the formula, the pH of the formula must not exceed 5.0 because if the pH is higher than 5.0, it may cause the Aluminum Chlorohydrate powder to precipitate.

-The formula should contain 0.1-0.2% Disodium EDTA.

-If mixed in water, it may cause the liquid to appear cloudy. Leave it for about 24 hours and the liquid will become clear on its own.

Incompatible ingredients:

- Salicylic Acid in all forms

- Anti-Sweat™ has high electrolyte characteristics, combining the cream texture. You must choose to use a Cream Maker / Emulsifier that can tolerate electrolyte only.

Heat the oil part to 70-80 degrees, heat the water part to 70-80 degrees while blending the oil part. Add the water part. Blend until combined.

Usage: mixed in cosmetics Stop sweat and body odor

How to mix: Mix in alcohol or water or flour.

Usage rate: 5-25% (FDA specifies that it can be used no more than 25%).

Product appearance: white powder

Solubility: Can dissolve in water (up to 50% - means 1 gram of Aluminum Chlorohydrate requires 2 grams of water to dissolve)

Storage: Close the lid tightly, avoid air, light and moisture. Shelf life is at least 3 years.
