We offer worldwide shipping through DHL. The actual shipping charge will be calculated and inform you after order submission. All shipments are sent from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand.

All products on the website are ingredients to be used in cosmetics / health food / drug formulation. None of them are ready-to-use products.

Due to the nature of our business, all products are custom-made to match customers' order size and other specification, once the payment has been paid, the order cannot be cancelled. The order cannot be modified or apply for refund or return. Please make sure that your order is correct and the product lead-time is acceptable before you submit an order.

All orders will be shipped with Material Safety Datasheet (MSDS) and Certificate of Analysis (COA). If you require us to provide any other documents, please kindly let us know prior the order submission.

As our valued customer, please note that you are responsible for any import taxes and fees incurred at your destination country. Additionally, kindly ensure that you submit the necessary documents to the destination customs or regulatory authorities upon the arrival of your shipment. Please understand that we are unable to accept returns from overseas locations. In the unfortunate event that a shipment is returned, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund, whether partial or full. If customs clearance is not completed, DHL will be directed to dispose of the shipment accordingly.
