Self-Tanning Gel Formula Example

Water 90%

Ethoxydiglycol 3%

DHA 3.5%

EasyTan™ 1.5%

Pro Polymer 1%

Mild Preserved Eco 1%

Procedure: Mix all parts together and add Pro Polymer, blend until gel is dissolved.

Restrictions on the use of EasyTan™ in terms of formulation stability

1. EasyTan™ wears out quickly. when subjected to temperatures above 40 degrees

2. EasyTan™ Very stable in temperatures below 10 degrees (shelf-life 2-3 years)

3. EasyTan™ is moderately stable at 25°C (1 year shelf-life).

4. EasyTan™ deteriorates faster when subjected to pH above 5.0 (optimal pH at 2.5-3.5).
