Special Features of SugarThick™ 

-SugarThick™Able to increase the viscosity of almost all kinds of detergents. Unlike other thickeners that may increase the viscosity only with certain detergents.

- Can help reduce skin irritation from harsh detergents such as Sulfates (SLS, SLES) as well. It is therefore ideal for use in baby products such as baby shampoo or baby liquid soap.

- Does not interfere with the formation of bubbles or foam This makes it suitable for use in formulas that require a lot of bubbles or foam.

- Gives a good skin-feel, not greasy

- gives a transparent gel texture

 

Irritation of Surfactant or Detergent and how to reduce irritation

The surfactant in the formula combines to form micelles, which are formed when the surfactant concentration reaches the Critical Micelle Concentration (CMC). achieved by reducing CMC, which SugarThick™ is unique in reducing CMC well.  which results in reducing skin irritation from detergents well

 

building process SugarThick™ is formed from glucose (Glucose) through methylation.   Methyl Glucoside is then processed. Esterification then Methyl Glucose is then processed. Alkoxylation therefore SugarThick™ 


Use: For adding viscosity (thickener) to liquid soap. face wash Cleanser Shampoo

How to mix: final mix by slowly stirring or blending at low speed The formula will gradually thicken more and more when SugarThick™ Dissolves  by SugarThick™ will melt into a liquid at 50-60 degrees. It can be mixed in formulas with this temperature range. Or if you don't want to warm up the formula, warm it. SugarThick™ outside until it becomes liquid. and then added to the formula   Avoid overheating as it will cause SugarThick to lose its quality.

Utilization rate: 1-5% (according to the required viscosity, 1-3% recommended)

Product characteristics: Light yellow flake powder, easily dissolved.

Solubility: Can dissolve in water and oil.

Storage: can be stored at room temperature But close the bottle cap tightly. Then completely covered from sunlight, moisture or heat, the product is at least 2 years old.
