PE 9010 is a preservative. It is broad-spectrum, paraben-free and formaldehyde-free, inexpensive and widely used in a wide variety of cosmetic products.
It can act in a wide pH range of 3-12.
Can withstand high heat (120C at 2 hours)
soluble in water at a maximum rate of 1%
It can dissolve well in various solvents such as propylene glycol or any glycol.

Mixing method: Can withstand heat up to 80 degrees, can be dissolved in water.
Usage rate: 0.5-1.0% (FDA allows up to 1.1%)
