My formula contains the following ingredients: MakeUp-Wash 2%, Propylglene Glycol 10%, Mild Preserved Eco 0.5%, Cucumber 2.5%, Biogenic SA-200 1%, and Water remaining. Why is the formula not clear? The water did not become clear after adding MakeUp-Wash in the final step. What is causing this? Thank you.
Hello, I ordered Hydrolyzed Silk Protein (Sericin, Powder) to use. I tried dissolving it in distilled water, but it didn't dissolve and remained as powder particles. I tried both stirring and blending. I also tried dissolving it in warm water, and the result was still powder particles. When left overnight, it settled/precipitated in both the warm and cold water mixtures. When I tried rubbing the mixture that had been left overnight on my skin, it didn't dissolve at all and felt like skin scrub particles. Could you please advise on how to dissolve it?
