Characteristics of Gel texture obtained from Reshape Gel™

- Able to withstand acid and alkali well Forms a gel that is stable at pH 2-10.

-electrolyte does not affect the viscosity of the gel. Therefore, it can be used in formulations where electrolyte ingredients are very good.

- Can't withstand heat 50 degrees for a long time If it is heated above 50 degrees, the gel will soften. and will be permanently damaged In the mixing process, heat the heat at 70-80 degrees until melted, then turn off the heat immediately.

- After mixing until a gel is obtained There may be air bubbles in the gel. Leave it for about 3 days, the air bubbles will disappear on their own. and when it's all gone will get a complete gel texture

 

Mixing step example Reconstituted gel pudding

1. 90% water

2. Any skin care substance dissolved in water 5%

3.Reshape Gel™ 5%

Mix 1 and 2 until they are completely dissolved, then heat 70-80 degrees for a short period of time. Once melted, turn off the heat. Then continue stirring until set.

What is electrolyte

Mixing method: Mix in water (water-phase) with a temperature of about 40 degrees and not more than 50 degrees. Stir or stir to disperse. and let it cool down

Usage rate: 3-7% depending on the desired viscosity

Solubility: can dissolve in water
