Product Description: Regorafenib is primarily used in the treatment of certain types of cancer. It is prescribed for patients with metastatic colorectal cancer who have previously been treated with other therapies but have not responded adequately. Additionally, it is used for patients with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) that cannot be surgically removed or have spread to other parts of the body. Regorafenib is also indicated for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), a type of liver cancer, in patients who have previously been treated with sorafenib. The drug works by inhibiting multiple kinases involved in tumor growth, angiogenesis, and the tumor microenvironment, thereby slowing the progression of the disease. It is typically administered orally in the form of tablets, and treatment is closely monitored due to potential side effects.
