Poly-Conditioner Pro works to make the hair soft and smooth. (hair-conditioning) and skin (skin-conditioning) and provides a viscosity to the formula (thickening) suitable for use in formulas silicone-free
Poly-Conditioner Pro Commonly used in shampoo formulas. or hair conditioner without silicone (silicone-free) which Poly-Conditioner Pro will act as a replacement for silicone. Helps coat the hair to make it soft and smooth without the need for silicone in the formula.
Dissolving Poly-Conditioner Pro:
Gently sprinkle Poly-Conditioner Pro powder into the water that is being continuously stirred or blended. By gradually scattering a little at a time.
Using heat at about 65 degrees will help it melt faster.
When it's melted, it's clear. Therefore, it is added to the main formula that contains surfactant.
If the formula contains glycol such as Propylene Glycol or Glycerin or Methyl gluceth-10, Methyl gluceth-20, it can be mixed with Poly-Conditioner Pro first when it's mixed well. Therefore, it is added to the main formula that contains water and surfactant to help it dissolve more easily. Can use heat of 65 degrees to help dissolve as well.
Usage: Can be used with all types of hair care or cleaning products.
Mixing method: Mix in water. Blend until dissolved.
Usage rate: 0.2-0.5%
Product appearance: White-light color powder
Solubility: Can dissolve in water Please study the dissolving steps above.
Storage: For long-term storage Store at room temperature. Avoid light and moisture. Shelf life is at least 2 years.
