SoftGel 305 has a distinctive feature of having skin conditioning ingredients, namely POLYQUATERNIUM-37. When it is on the skin, it will give a feeling of softness and smoothness to the touch after it dries.

Promotes stable water-in-oil and water-in-silicone emulsions (HLB ≈ 5)
