Used in the treatment of peripheral neuropathies, including diabetic neuropathy and numbness or tingling due to nerve damage. Supports nerve regeneration and helps improve symptoms such as pain, weakness, and abnormal sensations. Commonly prescribed for megaloblastic anemia caused by vitamin B12 deficiency.
