SiliSolve Plus™ is Lauryl PEG-9 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone, special grade, odorlessFreely combines water with oil and silicone. Can be used to combine to create serum or cream HLB about 3.0

The ratio of water in the formula is in the range of 70-99% (meaning that the proportion of silicone and all types of oil is 1-30%). If there is a lot of water in the formula It will make the formula texture highly thick.

SiliSolve Plus™ can be used to combine In formulations containing electrolyte ingredients, there is no problem.

- SiliSolve Plus™ can create a creamy texture with the coordination between Water-*Oil*-Silicone The formula can contain up to 30% oil. (This 30% oil part includes silicone as well.) 

- SiliSolve™  Can synchronize between water-silicone (There may be a small amount of oil in the recipe. should not exceed 3%)

IMPORTANT - Mixing Procedure

Mixing must bring the water. Add to the silicone part by adding a little at a time and blending or stirring continuously. If vice versa, add the silicone part to the water part. It will take much longer to stir or spin.

Detailed steps:

1. lead SiliSolve Plus™ is blended into the silicone section. ( Silicone Oil such as Dimethicone, Cyclomethicone , Silicone Gel ) and any type of oil stir or blend until homogeneous

2. Prepare the water portion by bringing water mixed with any ingredients dissolved in water.

3.Take part of the water Add to the silicone/oil section. By gradually adding little by little and the poor as one flesh and then continue to add Do not add all at once. Because it will take a very long time to blend or stir the recipe until the texture is poor.

Procedure: Mix 1,2,3,4 together, use heat at 80-90 degrees until it dissolves homogeneously, then add 5,6,7,8 and blend together. Once well mixed, slowly add 9 to the first portion a little at a time and blend until well blended (do not add 9 all at once. will make the formula difficult to match)

For formulas that are Water in Oil (containing both water and oil, using SiliSolve Plus to coordinate the formula) is recommended. Magnesium Sulfate 1% to help increase the stability of the formula. Reduce the chance of segregation
