It is particularly effective in acidic formulations (pH 4.5-6.5) and works synergistically with other preservatives to provide comprehensive protection. This preservative is approved for use worldwide and is considered one of the safest antimicrobial agents available.

Unlike traditional preservatives, Potassium Sorbate is non-irritating and non-sensitizing at typical use concentrations. It is readily biodegradable and does not accumulate in the environment. How to mix:

- Pre-dissolve in water phase before adding to formulation
