Product Description:
Used in immunohistochemistry and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) for signal amplification through the tyramide signal amplification (TSA) method. It enables highly sensitive detection of low-abundance targets by leveraging horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to deposit biotin-labeled tyramide onto proteins near the antigen site. After deposition, labeled molecules are detected using streptavidin-conjugated reporters such as enzymes or fluorophores. This method enhances detection sensitivity significantly compared to standard labeling techniques. Commonly applied in cellular and tissue imaging, multiplex protein detection, and nucleic acid analysis where high signal-to-noise ratio and precise localization are required.
