How to use ClayThick™ to increase stability Solve the problem of stratified formulas or act as a thickener of recipes
ClayThick™ must be dispersed in water. It takes about 15 minutes with a Disperser at a speed of at least 1000 revolutions or a Homogenizer at a speed of at least 2500 revolutions.
1. Blend the water and sprinkle. ClayThick™ into the running water using a Disperser head at 1000-2000 cycles for at least 15 minutes or a Homogenizer at 2500 cycles for at least 10 minutes. ClayThick™ is completely dispersed and the water will thicken slightly. and will see that it looks muddy
2. Take part of the water to be used in any formula
*Using 80 degree heat in step 1 will help the distribution of ClayThick™ is faster.
*Used space ClayThick™ formula sets completely after 48 hours.
An example of an AHA exfoliating cream (Glycolic Acid 5%) body butter formula using ClayThick™ as a thickener to thicken the formula:
*Restriction of this formulation: Other thickeners are generally not as high in acid/alkalinity as other thickeners.

2. Butter Cream Maker 3%
3. Shea Butter Light Oil 20%
4. Glycolic Acid 5%
5. Mild Preserved Eco 1%
6. Water 71.5%
Procedure: Blend 1+4+6 together according to instructions for use. ClayThick™ above (10-15min with Disperser) into water part, warm 2+3 and mix until homogeneous,
An example of a cleansing cream formula. with a special emphasis on tenderness
1. ClayThick™ 2%
2. BabyFoam™ 25%
3. Coco-Foam™ 10%
4. Mild Preserved Eco 1%
5 . Water 62%
Steps: Blend 1+5 together. according to the instructions for use ClayThick™ above (10-15mins with Disperser), then add 2,3,4, gently stirring to combine.
Example of AHA (Glycolic Acid 5%) mask recipe:

2. Glycerin 5%
3. Butylene Glycol 5%
4. Kaolin Clay 30%
5. Glycolic Acid 5%
6. Vitamin B5 1%
7. Vitamin E Acetate 0.1%
8. Mild Preserved Eco 1%
9. Water 47.9%
step: Blend 1+5 together. according to the instructions for use ClayThick™ above (10-15mins with Disperser), then add 2,3,5,6,7,8 blender, then add 4, blend well. will get mud
Use: serves to adjust the viscosity increase stability Solve the problem of stratified formulas.
