Polysorbate 80 is soluble in oil, water, but not soluble in Glycerin.
Polysorbate 20 is soluble in water, Glycerin but not completely soluble. (Turbidity) in the oil
Polysorbate 80 has higher weight / concentration and HLB value than Polysorbate 20.
