Gamma-Undecalactone (so-called “aldehyde C-14”) is a classic peach/apricot lactone with creamy, juicy facets. It lends ripe fruit sweetness and a soft milky body, smoothing florals and gourmands and adding a natural peach nuance to tea, rose, osmanthus, and home care.
