Ready-to-use 5% Double Hyaluron Liquid combining nano and standard hyaluronic acid for easy water-phase hydration formulas.
Double Hyaluron Liquid is a ready-to-use aqueous hyaluronic acid complex containing 5% total hyaluronic acid.
The active system combines 2.5% nano-size hyaluronic acid with 2.5% standard-molecule sodium hyaluronate, giving both a light hydration feel and surface moisture-film support.
Because the hyaluronic acid is already hydrated in liquid form, it is easier to use than powder grades and can be added directly into water-based formulas.
Product Description: Use Double Hyaluron Liquid when the formula needs strong hydration without the long wetting and swelling step required for powdered hyaluronic acid. The nano fraction supports a lighter, fast hydration feel, while the standard fraction improves water binding and a smoother moisturised skin feel on the surface.
The product is preserved with phenoxyethanol and supplied as a clear viscous liquid. At 20% use level, the finished formula receives about 1% total hyaluronic acid from this ingredient.
Usage: Suitable for hydrating serum, toner, essence, sheet-mask serum, gel cream, lotion, cream, eye gel and after-sun or post-treatment hydration products.
Mixing method:
- Add directly into the water phase or during cool-down after the emulsion has formed.
- Mix under moderate agitation until uniform. High shear is normally not required because the polymer is pre-hydrated.
- Maintain final formula pH about 3-9.
Usage rate: 1-20%. Typical: 3-5% for light hydration, 5-10% for dry skin formulas and 10-20% for intensive hydration products.
Product characteristics: Clear viscous liquid.
Solubility: Water soluble; add directly into the water phase.
Storage: Keep closed and store refrigerated or in a cool place away from heat and sunlight.
