Product Description:
Used primarily in electroplating processes to deposit smooth, adherent copper coatings on metals, especially in printed circuit board manufacturing. It provides excellent throwing power, ensuring even coverage on complex shapes and recessed areas. Also employed in the synthesis of copper-based catalysts and in some specialized organic reactions as a source of copper ions. Historically used in gold and silver mining for leaching precious metals, though this application has declined due to environmental and safety concerns.
