Product Description: Used in water purification as a coagulant to remove suspended particles and impurities. Commonly applied in wastewater treatment plants to clarify water by forming flocs that trap contaminants. Employed in the preparation of dyes and pigments as a mordant, helping fix colors to fabrics during textile processing. Found in some antiperspirants due to its astringent properties, which reduce sweat gland activity. Used in small amounts in food additives as a firming agent, particularly in pickles and baked goods, to maintain texture. Utilized in the production of fireproofing materials and in the manufacturing of other aluminum compounds. Also applied in laboratory settings for crystal growing experiments and in some types of qualitative inorganic analysis.
