Product Description:
Used in research and development of immunotherapies targeting T-cell malignancies and autoimmune diseases. Binds specifically to the CD7 antigen expressed on the surface of T cells and natural killer cells, enabling selective targeting for depletion or modulation of these cells. Investigated as a component in chimeric antigen receptor (T cell therapies and antibody-drug conjugates for cancers like T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Supports flow cytometry, cell isolation, and immunohistochemistry applications in immunophenotyping studies. Also explored in graft-versus-host disease prevention by depleting CD7-positive T cells in allogeneic transplants.
